Errors and Trials

This is what my cook book cover looks now! I am not sure if i like it this way,some more work needs to be done till i am satisfied. The idea is a simple one, i enjoy tossing my frying pan when i cook. I enjoy adding my seasoning while it sizzles, i though of depicting the process graphically.
This is a part of a self initiated project that i wanted to start for some time now.I'll like the book to have dishes I've learned over the past two decades.I'll like the book to begin with my early memories of traditional cooking at home in reference to non-resident Bengali household and gradually unveils all my influences of the cities i lived and traveled.
Currently i am able to explore a wide range of International cuisine, and it has been a very interesting series of discoveries. Thanks to my uncle who is a great source of information as well as inspiration, i have sources to some great cookery books and this phase of trying and testing has been very very satisfying.
Finally i am not sure if this fun project will ever be out in the open but sharing my learnings and experiences with friends and family for days to come is definitely a possibility.
