A kaleidoscope of people, throngs of high rise, blessed by a gigantic lake which offers beaches and a river flowing in the opposite direction. Thanks to the people of the city in true Chicago spirit rebuilt it bit by bit after a great fire that crumbled everything the city once offered. City of parks, city of blue and jazz, city of the Cubs and the Bulls, the windy city which had nothing to do with wind literally. One of the oldest city in America. Soaking in some sun in this otherwise ghastly cold city was a wonderful experience and so was the challenge to walk around the bustling downtown. Here are some memories.
